Luxembourg: 1 - 2 days at your home

Germany: 1 - 3 days at your home
Austria: 1 - 3 days at your home
Switzerland: 1 - 3 days at your home
Denmark: 1 - 3 days at your home
Ireland: 1 - 3 days at your home

Norway: 2 - 4 days at your home
Finland: 1 - 3 days at your home

We ship with PostNL & DPD.

All our products have a 1 year warranty. If you have any problems with your product, you can always contact us.

It is always possible to return the product free of charge within 30 days. Please note that the product is returned unused including labels.

You don't have to worry about the heater short circuiting and catching fire. Both the power bank and the heater itself are equipped with various fuses. This is not possible!

This depends on the product. You can assume that each product will be between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius.

In general we have free shipping on all products. There are a few countries that have an exception, this has to do with extra import costs and shipping time.
